Happy Fourth of July! I hope you have some fantastic plans. I know my kids and I will do all that we can to put as much fun into this weekend as we possibly can. We may visit the Cherry Creek Arts Festival. We will be seeing the HUGE fireworks display at the Colorado Rockies game. We may even make it to Keystone or Frisco to see the fireworks over Lake Dillon! Whatever you choose to do shredded chicken taco bell your family enjoy the time together and remember we live in an AMAZING country.

Your second meal should be after around three hours. The most recommendable one to help you eat to attract girls is a protein shake. It will give you plenty of proteins and small portions of carbohydrates which will prevent the hanger pangs. Protein bars are also good but they contain 30% fat to help the protein congeal into the shape of a bar. Lunch can be anything provided it is a complex, starchy carbohydrates and protein. For instance shredded chicken sandwich with mustard on whole bread is a good choice. The third meal can be another protein shake. The fifth meal is the dinner which can be something like lean cuisine. You can follow it up with nonfat yogurt. Do not skip any meal because if you do your stomach will growl for simple sugars and fat which won't help you to attract girls.



Place shredded chicken in the dish and the remaining dough. If possible, layer the chicken and the leftover pie dough. Pour in the milk and evenly distribute with two tbsp of the butter. Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.

Serve a grilled and raw veggie platter with several dips. Try some new vegetables you might not have thought about grilling such as carrots, endive spears, cherry tomatoes, broccoli spear slices, or summer squash slices. Toss the vegetables with a marinade of olive oil, citrus juice, garlic, and herbs for at least an hour before grilling. Use bottled Italian salad dressing if you're in a hurry.

Most people are familiar with the dreaded yo-yo effect. You start off on the latest diet, you lose a few pounds over a week or so, then you hit a wall. Nothing else seems to work, and your willpower is quickly disappearing. Finally you go off the diet, gain back the weight you've lost, and then some. This can be terribly frustrating, especially if you keep switching from diet to diet. Each time it can seem to bet worse and worse.

The BBQ pulled chicken arrives on a dry bun (and we mean dry) with a side of coleslaw. If you ask nicely, you might be able to swing an extra BBQ sauce. The barbecue chicken is tangy and flavorful. The bun it sits on, however, could stand some improvement, namely, moisture.

Healthy fats are also important. A tablespoon of flax seed oil, olive oil, or fat found in salmon provide you with essential fats. Other healthy fats include nuts, peanut butter (in moderation), and the small amounts of fats found in the proteins and carbs mentioned above.

Educating your children about eating healthy and getting them in the habit of doing so, will carry on with them into adulthood and they will even pass this on to their own children. There is no need to have dinner time be a stressful event with all the ways that we can prepare meals quickly and easily.
