You know you need to lose weight. You have a weight loss goal in mind. All you need to do now is sift through all those online diet plans to find the right one for you.

The dal and paneer were absolute rip-off's from my mom's recipe and since she was visiting I managed to sneak in and see all the extra things that make her food more yummier than mine!!!! So this blog is dedicated to my mom and her recipes.

Fill a bowl with cold water and add the spinach. Remove it and drain the bowl. Repeat once more, then dry the spinach leaves with a clean kitchen towel. Remove the stems from the spinach and chop the leaves. Add them to the crockpot. Cover and cook for two and a half hours on high or until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender. Stir in the cheese and serve the risotto.
